Responsibilities
- Conduct nightly audits of all hotel transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing, reservations, and financial reports.
- Greet guests arriving during the night shift with professionalism and warmth, providing prompt check-in and check-out services.
- Manage front desk operations including handling guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests with courteous phone etiquette.
- Monitor security systems and perform safety checks around the property to ensure guest and staff safety.
- Respond promptly to guest needs, complaints, or emergencies with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Maintain detailed logs of all activities during the shift, including incident reports and audit documentation.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any overnight issues affecting guest comfort or safety.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or night audit roles.
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued.
- Familiarity with guest relations practices, hotel security procedures, and phone etiquette standards.
