The position collaborates closely with project management, engineering, and manufacturing teams to deliver high-quality solutions and support global functional units.HoursMonday - Friday7:00AM - 3:30PMPay$59,000 - $102,000Job DutiesPlan, organize, and execute engineering projects by defining objectives, controlling project elements, and coordinating with the Project ManagerDesign and conduct performance tests to validate product functionality and assist with design refinement and project expeditingReview and manage project cost impacts in collaboration with the Project ManagerEnsure compliance with federal and state regulations to maintain product quality and organizational standardsDesign products using CAD tools and collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure feasibility and manufacturabilitySupport fabrication teams during manufacturing by advising on design specifications and providing hands-on assistance as neededParticipate in weekly team meetings to provide project status updates, coordinate next steps, and align on upcoming product development initiativesContribute to cross-functional team efforts and support additional engineering tasks as requiredRequirementsBachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related technical disciplineFive or more years of experience working with process systems, skids, compressors, and fittingsExperience or exposure to marine industry standards and classification societies preferredAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management softwareExperience working in large manufacturing or construction environments preferredStrong time management, organizational, and multitasking skillsCompany DescriptionOur Professional Division works with clients as a stakeholder in their hiring strategy and process.
