Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and a positive, can-do attitude. The primary responsibility is to assist customers and support order management across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via email
- Update order statuses on retailer and online marketplace platforms
- Communicate with customers through email, phone, and online support ticket systems
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- High level of computer literacy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous customer support experience is a plus, but not required
