Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Logistics / 3PL
Elizabeth, NJ
Starting at $19.00/hour
Shift: Monday–Friday 7:00AM-4:00PM
We are currently hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our Elizabeth, NJ location. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced logistics environment and grow within a strong team.
Responsibilities:
- Process orders and receipts, including locating, creating, importing, and adjusting charges
- Manage cycle counts (track, adjust, cancel, and relocate inventory)
- Distribute orders and assign inventory locations
- Import items and perform batch updates
- Analyze reports and support operations
- Communicate daily with carriers and customers
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Strong computer skills required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Logistics experience preferred
- Knowledge of 3PL, SAP, WMS, or similar systems is a plus
- Team player with strong communication skills
