Job Title: Temporary Purchasing Assistant

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Purchasing Assistant to support our Buyer and assist with a highly detailed compliance project related to tariff refunds. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage shifting priorities throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and manage purchase orders (POs)
- Perform data mining and analysis
- Collect, organize, and maintain documentation
- Ensure proper document retention and compliance
- Organize large datasets for reporting and auditing
- Conduct detailed auditing work with a high degree of accuracy
- Support ongoing compliance initiatives, including tariff refund documentation
Required Qualifications
- Experience using NetSuite (required)
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to changing tasks and priorities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
