Business Analyst (Manufacturing)
Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Business Analyst to support manufacturing operations. This role focuses on reporting, data analysis, and cost tracking to help improve plant performance.
Responsibilities
- Prepare weekly reports on production, labor, and waste
- Analyze data to track efficiency, downtime, and performance trends
- Support month-end reporting and budget vs. actual analysis
- Review inventory and production variances
- Identify cost-saving opportunities
- Partner with operations and finance teams
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in business analysis or finance
- Manufacturing or plant experience preferred
- Strong Excel skills
- ERP experience is a plus
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Strong communication skills
