As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a driven and hands-on Manager in Training (MIT) to join our leadership pipeline.Position OverviewThe Manager in Training program is designed to prepare you for a future leadership role within branch operations. You will receive comprehensive training across warehouse operations, customer service, sales, inventory control, and team management—all while supporting the branch manager with daily oversight of the store and staff.Key ResponsibilitiesTrain, supervise, motivate, and evaluate warehouse personnel, drivers, and store counter staff.Foster a customer-first environment that aligns with Water Savers’ core values and company goals.Provide direct oversight and management of the company store and its employees.Exceed store sales goals and profitability growth objectives through effective sales support and operational leadership.Maintain and develop strong working relationships with employees, customers, and vendors.Monitor operational expenses and manage to weekly and monthly budget targets.Lead inventory management through proper use of company-standard SOPs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.Ensure effective employee supervision, training, delegation, and coaching to maximize team performance and professional growth.Participate in vendor trainings, product demos, and customer support initiatives.Support daily branch operations including order fulfillment, inventory replenishment, shipping/receiving, and inside sales activities.QualificationsMust speak SpanishExperience in distribution, construction/irrigation supply, landscape supply, or related industry preferred.Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.Ability to supervise and motivate teams in a warehouse and retail environment.Comfortable performing physical tasks and working in a fast-paced operational setting.High degree of initiative, problem-solving ability, and learning agility.Valid driver’s license; ability to lift 50 lbs.Salary & Benefits$75,000–$85,000 annual salary, depending on experienceComprehensive benefits package, including:Medical, dental, and vision coveragePaid time off and holidays401(k) with company matchTraining and professional development opportunitiesDefined career advancement path into Assistant Manager and Branch Manager rolesCompany DescriptionOur Professional Division works with clients as a stakeholder in their hiring strategy and process.
