Vista Viewpoint Data Analystis responsible formanaging and analyzing data within the Viewpoint ERP system to support financial and operational decision-making. The role includes generating reports, ensuring data accuracy, andidentifyingtrends to improve project performance and efficiency. Responsibilities also involve collaborating with project managers and leadership to provide insights that drive informed business strategies and process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Develop andmaintainCrystal Reports, Vista Work Centers, and Power BI dashboards to present data-driven insights.
- Analyze data within the Vista Viewpoint platform to support operational and business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable analyses.
- Extract, transform, and manipulate data using SQL.
- Integrate and extract SQL data from multiple software systems.
- Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Manage multiple tasks independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
- Ensurea high levelof accuracy and attention to detail in all analyses.
- Perform SQL database management and SQL programming tasks.
- Complete other duties as assigned by the IT Director.
Requirements and Experience
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, ora related field.
- Proven experience working with Vista Viewpoint and Power BI for data analysis and visualization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and deliver meaningful insights.
- Proficiencyin SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.

Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
