Operational Data Analyst - Hybrid | Plainsboro, NJ | $25/hr | 12-Month Contract

• Location: Plainsboro, NJ (Hybrid)
• Pay Rate: $25/hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Operational Data Analyst to support a fast-paced healthcare/pharmaceutical data management team. This role is ideal for candidates with strong Excel skills, analytical abilities, and experience working with large datasets in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Consolidate and maintain Healthcare Professional (HCP) and Healthcare Organization (HCO) records
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer master data
• Investigate duplicate records and affiliations
• Process field force data change requests
• Perform data quality assurance and validation
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system updates/releases
• Analyze and organize data from multiple sources
• Provide ad-hoc support to cross-functional team members
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of college coursework in Business Administration or related field
• Strong computer and analytical skills
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills:
• Pivot Tables
• VLOOKUP
• IF Statements
• Find/Search functions
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work independently in a high-volume environment
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Informatica Data Systems and/or Veeva
• Background in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer data
• Experience with customer master data management and data analysis
