Market President – Business Banker

A community bank is looking for a Market President – Business Banker to lead and grow its presence in the market. This role is built for a strong commercial lender who wants to drive growth today and take on more leadership responsibility over time. A solid credit background and a track record of developing new business are key.
What You’ll Do
- Lead market growth by building and managing a commercial and real estate portfolio
- Develop new business through networking, referrals, and calling efforts
- Analyze financials, structure deals, and make sound credit decisions
- Manage portfolio risk and ensure strong credit quality
- Build long-term client relationships and expand services
- Represent the bank in the community and grow market visibility
What We’re Looking For
- 7 years of commercial banking experience
- Strong credit and underwriting skills
- Proven success in business development
- Leadership mindset with the ability to grow into a larger role
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred
