Due to growth, McArthur Machining is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer/Set-Up Technician to join their team in Antioch, IL.

Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Prepare CNC machining jobs for second-shift production by reviewing and refining existing Mastercam programs, setting up tooling and workholding, and verifying machine readiness to ensure efficient startup.
- Perform setup validation and in-process quality checks to confirm parts meet specifications and maintain ISO compliance.
- Provide clear setup documentation and support to production staff to ensure consistent, accurate manufacturing throughout the shift.
