Transportation Distribution Company (TDC)., an employee-owned freight carrier primarily consisting of company-owned tractors and trailers, is looking for a Diesel Mechanic to join their team in Joplin, MO.

Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Performs routine, preventative maintenance and vehicle inspections, in compliance with FMCSA inspection guidelines
- Performs various non-scheduled repairs on trucks and trailers with limited supervision
- Records all work performed on work orders and inspection forms, responsible for entering accurate information on work orders while maintaining accountability for allocation of parts to specific equipment
- Cleans and maintains assigned work areas
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management
