Responsibilities
- Assist Manager and Lead with planning, execution, and communication of development strategy to meet financial goals.
- Ensure understanding of design concepts and technical packages, and communicate effectively with team, factories, and suppliers.
- Support negotiations with vendors to obtain competitive quotations and quality for business objectives.
- Attend proto reviews and ensure feedback is communicated to factories throughout sample revisions.
- Conduct proactive risk assessments and alert management of high-risk areas affecting production.
- Relevant experience preferred, especially in production and sourcing environments.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to influence key partners.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong organizational abilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and other relevant analytical tools.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
