- Maintain sprint boards, backlogs, and work tracking in Jira to ensure project visibility and accurate task management.
- Coordinate small projects, sprint work, and operational tasks from planning through completion.
- Prepare work for execution by clarifying requirements, identifying blockers, and ensuring team alignment.
- Partner with delivery leads, product managers, technical leads, and cross-functional stakeholders to support project execution and priority management.
- Track risks, dependencies, action items, and project status, escalating issues as needed to keep work on schedule.
- 1 years of experience in project coordination, production, operations, delivery, IT support, service management, or a related field.
- Experience tracking work across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Jira, ServiceNow, or similar project and workflow management tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
