What you’ll do
- Own end-to-end delivery of game-related production projects, including schedules, milestones, budgets, staffing, risks, and client communication.
- Translate client requirements into clear production plans, asset briefs, technical specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate game artists, designers, developers, QA, external studios, and contributor teams across multiple workstreams.
- Manage production of 2D, 3D, environment, character, animation, UI, VFX, and gameplay-related assets.
- Establish scalable workflows for asset tracking, version control, review, QA, and final delivery.
- Partner with creative and technical leads to ensure assets meet visual, technical, and metadata requirements.
- Identify delivery risks early and drive practical solutions to keep projects on track.
- Improve production processes, tools, templates, and reporting as the game-data business scales.
What we’re looking for
- 4 years of experience as a producer, project manager, or production lead in game development.
- Strong understanding of game-development pipelines, including art production, asset integration, QA, and release workflows.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams of artists, designers, engineers, and external vendors.
- Comfort working with 2D/3D asset pipelines and formats such as FBX, OBJ, Unreal/Unity assets, textures, rigs, and animations.
- Excellent organization, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to operate in a fast-moving environment with changing priorities and multiple concurrent projects.
Nice to have
- Experience with Unreal Engine or Unity.
- Experience managing outsourced art production or distributed creative teams.
- Familiarity with AI training data, synthetic data, computer vision, or generative AI workflows.
- Experience with asset libraries, content pipelines, or large-scale annotation/metadata operations.
Why Wirestock
You will help build the production infrastructure behind the next generation of AI models, working at the intersection of game development, creative production, and frontier AI.
