Responsibilities
- Conduct regular, standardized quality audits of customer support interactions across a large customer service team
- Evaluate adherence to policies, procedures, and service quality standards
- Prepare and deliver audit feedback reports highlighting individual results and overall trends
- Participate in and help lead weekly quality calibration sessions with internal and external support partners
- Serve as a subject matter expert on customer service processes, policies, and quality expectations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or eCommerce
- Prior experience in Quality Assurance, auditing, or service evaluation
- Strong working knowledge of Zendesk
