- Conduct quality checks on frontlist and backlist titles for conversion or formatting errors across Kindle and other digital devices.
- Collaborate with eBook editors following their initial review to ensure final accuracy and consistency.
- Maintain attention to detail while managing a high volume of materials on tight deadlines.
- Ensure all content meets editorial and style standards, including mature content.
- Prior proofreading or editorial experience, ideally within publishing or digital content.
- Strong command of English grammar, punctuation, and syntax.
- Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
