- Support and optimize creative production systems and asset management workflows across platforms including Jira, Airtable, Workato, and related tools.
- Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements that increase efficiency and scalability.
- Troubleshoot technical and workflow issues, conduct root cause analysis, and deliver effective solutions.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for user support, training, and system-related inquiries.
- Communicate project priorities, timelines, risks, and tradeoffs to stakeholders and team members.
- 1–4 years of experience in operations, project management, production, systems administration, product operations, technical support, or a related field.
- Experience managing workflows, operational systems, projects, or business processes in a professional environment.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Airtable, Notion, Miro, Workato, Zapier, Make, or similar workflow and automation platforms.
