- Manage the routing and approval workflow for procurement proposals, purchase requests, and change orders
- Maintain project status trackers and provide timely updates on project progress and procurement activities
- Communicate delays, risks, and scheduling impacts to project managers and key stakeholders
- Place orders with vendors and monitor order fulfillment through delivery to project sites
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, vendor management, project coordination, or related fields
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
