Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day execution, maintenance, and optimization of on-site Search and Create Your Own (CYO) experiences across US and CA desktop, mobile and app
- Manage daily search operations: maintaining synonyms, redirects, ranking rules, and query-level configurations to ensure accurate and intuitive search results
- Support monitoring of search analytics platforms
- Support CYO digital product builds, launches, and seasonal updates, including grid audits, merchandising and maintenance, custom design options 'recipe' updates, inventory changes, QA, and issue resolution
- Partner with technology teams to support testing, bug replication, documentation, and release readiness
- 2 years of experience working on an e-commerce website, digital agency, or digital platform
- Experience with site merchandising, digital product setup, and attribution is preferred
- Experience supporting or working within a product management, web production, or merchandising operations function
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (or comparable e-commerce platforms) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
