Job Duties
- Review project scope documents and validate project requirements against construction drawings
- Initiate and manage the workflow and routing of procurement proposals and change orders
- Maintain project status trackers and communicate project delays to project managers
- Place orders with vendors and monitor order fulfillment through delivery to project sites
- Assist with developing and maintaining reports using project scheduling, budget, and cost data
- Provide administrative support to project managers, including meeting notes, documentation, and vendor schedule tracking
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to support project execution and procurement activities
- Monitor project-related information to ensure accuracy and timely updates
