- Experience coordinating operational communications, marketing materials, or store support initiatives across multiple regions or locations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Experience collaborating with external vendors, suppliers, or service providers to execute operational deliverables.
- Strong background supporting cross-functional teams including operations, marketing, communications, and field leadership.
- Experience handling detailed administrative or operational processes requiring exceptional organization and accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, make decisions, and prioritize competing business needs with minimal supervision.
