A leading retail Headquarters is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Store Operations Specialist to support operational initiatives across a large retail store network. This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely execution of operational projects, managing store support requests, coordinating vendor communications, and maintaining critical operational records.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for stores and vendors regarding operational inquiries and requests.
- Manage and respond to a high volume of emails and communications from field teams and external partners.
- Process storage-related requests and maintain accurate records for approximately 1,700–4,000 storage units across the store fleet.
- Coordinate storage payments, issue resolution, and vendor communications to ensure timely service and support.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of new operational processes and procedures.
- Support operational projects and initiatives from planning through execution.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and consistency across stores.
- Provide support related to inventory management, floorset execution, backroom organization, storage solutions, and store communications.
- Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and tracking of operational activities.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to enhance store operations.
- Act as a subject matter expert on assigned operational programs and projects.
- Support and mentor less experienced coordinators as needed.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2–3 years of experience in retail operations, store support, project coordination, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following established processes.
Preferred
- Experience supporting multi-unit retail operations.
- Experience working with vendors and external business partners.
- Exposure to inventory management, store operations, logistics, or facilities-related functions.
