Job Title: Retail Store Operations Specialist

Location: Columbus, OH

Contract Length: 6 month contract until end of December 2026 - possible extension and/or coversion to full-time

Schedule: Hybrid schedule - 3 days in office (T,W,TH) and 2 days remote (M.F)

Pay Rate: $22.86 per hour on W2

Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking Retail Store Operations Specialist to work for one of our well-recognized retail companies. Prior experience working with in the corporate offices of a retail, consumer goods company is desired.

• 1-2 years of store operations experience with a retail chain in beauty, fashion, consumer products, etc.
• Experience working with merchadise, inventory management, etc.
• Individual contributor position responsible for ensuring accurate and timely execution of operational projects.
• Looking for someone who can handle data driven projects within store operations
• Assists with developing new processes and communicating them with all levels of field management.
• Someone with a customer focus and the ability to collaborate with many levels and functions both internal and external.
• Serves as operations expert on international franchise teams.
• Multi-tasker, pace, excellent organization, written and verbal communication, negotiation and decision-making skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Must be authorized to work in the United States
