Russell Tobin's client is hiring a Store Operations Specialist in Columbus, OH
Employment Type: Contract
Location: Onsite - Columbus, OH 43230
Pay rate: $35-$37/hr
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with managers and cross-functional partners (Store Support, STS/ATS, Visual/Marketing, etc.) to align strategies supporting new business concepts or technology initiatives in stores.
- Proactively assess and monitor the stability of technologies, communicating risks and resolution steps promptly.
- Manage the BBW Technology inbox, facilitating quick resolutions with a detailed understanding of store operations and technical capabilities (hardware/software).
- Maintain focus on store needs by soliciting feedback and driving improvement through strong relationships with the field and cross-functional partners.
- Analyze quantitative results and qualitative feedback to evaluate and improve cash wrap line management strategies.
- Execute primary work streams and support development and implementation of project plans, timelines, communications, and post-project analysis.
- Research and document trendsetting practices, including competitor benchmarking.
- Provide coaching and critical feedback related to projects, peers, leaders, and key partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or 2–4 years of relevant work experience executing projects or collaborating in cross-functional environments.
- Adaptable, skilled in navigating ambiguity, and able to act as a change agent.
- Strong organizational, written/verbal communication, and decision-making skills.
- Experienced in sharing a point of view and working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze situations and resolve issues efficiently.
- Capable of multi-tasking, working independently, and meeting tight deadlines.
- Demonstrates situational leadership.
