  • Assist in developing skincare and haircare formulas (creams, lotions, serums, toners, etc.)
  • Batch and test formulation trials to assess texture, stability, aesthetics, and performance
  • Conduct and monitor stability studies across multiple projects
  • Measure and document formula specifications, including viscosity, pH, appearance, odor, and microscopic analysis
  • Communicate formulation or stability issues to senior chemists

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related science field
  • 0–3 years of laboratory or formulation experience
  • Strong interest in cosmetic science and product development
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation habits
