This position requires a commitment to maintaining compliance with FDA regulations, HACCP guidelines, and CGMP practices.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing and warehouse operations
- Valid forklift certification with at least 2–3 years of experience
- Ability to lift 55–60 lbs
Responsibilities Include:
- Receiving and unloading trucks
- Proper stacking and storage of materials
- Following all safety protocols
- Recording materials received and tracking inventory
- Identifying damaged or surplus items
- Maintaining records of warehouse activities
- Facilities maintenance and general warehouse cleaning
- Ensuring equipment is serviced and functional
- Operating twin shell mixers
- Verifying and weighing materials for each batch
- Following manufacturing instructions precisely
- Unloading blenders and weighing final blends
- Calculating theoretical yields
- Coordinating with Quality Control for batch records
- Adhering to cGMP guidelines and SOPs
- Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas
- Keeping all logbooks accurate and up to date

Skills
- Knowledge of FDA regulations, HACCP, and CGMP practices is essential for compliance.
- Experience in food safety protocols and sanitation practices within a food processing environment.
- Familiarity with food production processes and manufacturing techniques is preferred.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
