Production Supervisor - Food Manufacturing
The Production Manager makes things happen in the plant! Help keep our filling lines running smoothly.
The Production Supervisor is directly responsible for:
- Overseeing and organizing the equipment, staff, and processes on a production floor.
- Helps create scheduling and routine production activities as well as acting as the first line of support for troubleshooting should problems arise.
- Assign work tasks based on production needs and employee skills.
- Check Operational status and availability of equipment.
- Coordinate staff movements, rotations, and evaluations.
Requirements
• Minimum of three years of experience as a Production Supervisor or Packaging Supervisor in a regulated, continuous processing environment (food, beverage, or consumer packaged goods).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive large-scale projects.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
• Strong management and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure follow-up.
Bilingual in Spanish is an asset, but not a requirement to be considered for the position
