Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead and orchestrate multiple high-complexity transformation initiatives spanning SecDevOps, integration, automation, and identity management. This strategic role requires a seasoned professional who can navigate the intersection of business objectives, technology implementation, and security requirements while driving excellence across global teams. The ideal candidate will serve as the central point of coordination for cross-functional stakeholders, translating strategic objectives into actionable plans and ensuring seamless execution through data-driven decision making and disciplined delivery mechanisms. This position demands exceptional leadership capabilities to manage diverse teams including offshore resources and third-party vendors, while maintaining unwavering focus on quality, security, and measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive program plans encompassing scope definition, timeline management, resource allocation, cost oversight, and risk mitigation strategies
• Facilitate regular program status communications with business, technology, and security stakeholders through executive-level presentations
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators, execution metrics, return on investment measurements, and SDLC metrics including lead time to production, quality benchmarks, and security performance
• Lead and integrate global teams, offshore resources, and third-party vendors into cohesive project strategies and execution plans
• Translate program plans and objectives into actionable Jira stories and oversee execution within Agile sprint frameworks
• Implement disciplined delivery mechanisms that ensure high-quality outputs from all delivery teams
• Coordinate with multiple cross-functional teams to track dependencies across various Jira boards and ensure integrated delivery
• Collaborate with security teams to implement shift-left strategies utilizing security-approved templates, blueprints, security scans, and vulnerability management processes
• Ensure comprehensive documentation of processes, procedures, and program outputs
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders to support informed decision making
• Monitor and manage program dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans across all workstreams
Skills:
• Expert knowledge of Agile methodology and frameworks
• Advanced proficiency in program management tools, particularly Jira
• Strong understanding of SecDevOps principles and practices
• Deep knowledge of security integration, vulnerability management, and shift-left security strategies
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication abilities
• Proven capability in developing and presenting executive-level status reports and dashboards
• Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
• Experience managing global and distributed teams across multiple time zones
• Expertise in vendor and supplier management
• Proficiency in developing and tracking KPIs, ROI metrics, and SDLC performance indicators
• Strong risk management and mitigation planning capabilities
• Excellent coordination skills for managing cross-functional dependencies
• Ability to create and maintain disciplined delivery processes
Experience:
• Minimum 12 years of experience in technical program management utilizing Agile methodology
• Demonstrated experience managing complex transformation programs
• Proven track record of leading global teams including offshore and third-party resources
• Experience implementing security-focused development practices and shift-left strategies
