Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Marketing professional to join a fast-growing, US-based enterprise software company on a maternity cover basis. This is a high-impact, senior-level role embedded within the Build Center of Excellence (COE), responsible for owning the full strategy-to-execution of integrated marketing programs globally. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, data-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can operate as a global point of contact, and is equally comfortable building long-term plans as they are rolling up their sleeves to execute campaigns. Responsibilities
Own strategy-to-execution for all integrated H2 marketing programs globally, with dedicated focus on Extend and Developer Agent as distinct product tracks requiring their own assets and programs
Ensure a seamless and impactful presence at Rising NA and EMEA conferences, including ancillary events planned around both
Serve as the primary global point of contact representing Build as one unified team across all global initiatives
Act as the primary point of contact for the COE sales team and serve as the primary launch arm for all NAM regional activities in close partnership with the NAM regional team
Build the comprehensive FY28 marketing plan for the Build and Extend/Developer Agent COE
Partner closely with COE sales, PMK, and global marketing teams to align and socialize the FY28 plan
Collaborate with global COE partners to understand regional plans and define how Build supports regional goals
Partner with CCOE on the globalization of marketing content and programs
Own all campaign reporting and pipeline coverage reporting and analysis
Build and present decks for Quarterly Business Reviews and weekly sales meetings
Drive cross-SKU alignment and maintain full ownership of budget and ROI tracking
Skills
Strong command of demand generation strategy, campaign execution, and pipeline progression metrics
Proven ability to design, execute, and measure lead generation campaigns across multiple channels including email, paid media, webinars, and live events
Deep understanding of sales-marketing alignment strategies and lead handoff best practices
Proficiency in marketing automation and ABM platforms such as Marketo, Goldcast, and Demandbase or equivalent tools
Experience with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce, for pipeline and campaign reporting
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills across global teams
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and executive-ready presentations
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to sales and leadership audiences
Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Background in branding, communications, promotions, or sales strategy is a plus
Experience
6+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, integrated marketing campaigns, and event or webinar management
Demonstrated experience owning end-to-end marketing programs from strategy through execution and measurement
Experience working within or alongside a Center of Excellence or product-aligned marketing function preferred
1–3 years of experience in a complementary discipline such as marketing strategy, communications, sales, promotions, or branding is advantageous
