Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Enablement and Storytelling Specialist to join a high-impact internal program that positions our organization as the first and best user of its own products. This is a 6-month contract role for a hands-on content creator who thrives at the intersection of technology, communication, and human storytelling. You will play a central role in designing and executing an internal storytelling campaign, developing enablement materials, and publishing compelling content that drives awareness and adoption of AI and agent capabilities across the organization. Responsibilities
Design and execute an internal storytelling campaign that showcases program wins, use cases, and adoption stories across the organization
Interview subject matter experts and program stakeholders to source, shape, and write authentic, outcome-focused stories
Translate technical and program-level content into clear, human, and engaging narratives tailored to a range of internal audiences
Develop internal communications materials including announcements, newsletters, talking points, and campaign messaging
Ensure a consistent voice, tone, and narrative thread across all program content
Create and publish content to internal platforms and intranet hubs, ensuring materials are well-organized, on-brand, and easy to navigate
Maintain and refresh content as the program evolves and new milestones are reached
Design polished, executive-ready presentations and decks for program updates, leadership forums, and enablement sessions
Create supporting visuals, graphics, and templates that make content clear and compelling
Partner with the program lead to prioritize content, meet deadlines, and align deliverables to program milestones
Coordinate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather source material and validate accuracy
Build and deliver enablement and training materials to large internal audiences
Leverage AI tools to design, personalize, and scale communication and enablement strategies
Skills
Experience building enablement/training materials and delivering to large audiences
Excellent writing and editing skills with a demonstrated ability to turn complex topics into clear, engaging narratives
Strong visual design and presentation-building skills using tools such as Google Slides and PowerPoint
Ability to create clean, compelling graphics and reusable templates
Experience developing and publishing content to internal platforms, intranets, or knowledge hubs
Skilled at interviewing subject matter experts and translating technical content into audience-friendly stories
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables against deadlines with minimal oversight
Proficiency with collaboration tools including G Suite, Zoom, Slack, and Smartsheet
Deep experience creating executive-level presentations and storytelling materials
Familiarity with change management or adoption and enablement principles
Interest in or exposure to AI and agentic technologies and how they transform ways of working
Experience supporting technology transformation or AI adoption programs
Experience
8+ years of experience in IT change enablement, strategy, and communications within a fast-paced, dynamic environment in the tech industry
8+ years of experience working with collaboration tools such as G Suite, Zoom, Slack, and Smartsheet
Proven track record in internal communications, content development, or a storytelling-focused enablement role
Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools to design, personalize, and scale communication and enablement strategies including content creation
Experience supporting large-scale internal programs with cross-functional stakeholder coordination
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Change Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
