We are excited to launch our new Rogers location and are looking for passionate groomers to join us early and grow with the store.

What You’ll Do
- Provide full-service bathing and mini-groom (bathing, haircuts, nail trims, ear cleaning, styling)
- Perform breed-specific cuts with precision, safety and care
- Ensure the comfort and well-being of every pet in your care
- Communicate clearly with pet parents about grooming needs and desired outcomes
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized grooming station.
- Identify and report any skin, coat, or health concerns you notice.
- Build strong relationships that encourage repeat clients and referrals.
- Follow the Woof Gang Way of gentle, high-quality, consistent care!
What We’re Looking For
- 1 year of professional pet bathing and mini grooming experience (salon or mobile preferred)
- Ability to groom all breeds, sizes, and coat types
- Strong animal handling skills and safety awareness
- Detail-oriented with pride in your work and finished grooms
- Reliable, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Grooming certification is a plus – but skill, safety, and consistency matter most.
- Ability to commute to Rogers, AR 72758 (Required)
Pay
Estimated $60,000 per year (Commission High Tips)
- W2 Employee
- 40-50% Commission based upon experience 100% TIPS
- Great Neighborhood (next to Whole Foods Market , Rogers) repeat clientele
- Consistent full bookings = steady income
Hours
Flexible Schedules with Part time options as well
Monday thru Saturday - 9 am - 5 pm
Sunday - 10 am - 5 pm
