The Role
We're looking for an experienced groomer to join our team full-time. You'll have real autonomy over your schedule and workflow — we handle the phones and booking so you can focus on the dogs.
Compensation:
- 50% commission structure
- $50,000–$120,000/year depending on days worked and volume
- Tips on top of commission
- Paid time off (full-time)

What You'll Do
- Provide professional grooming services: breed-specific cuts, scissoring, de-matting, nail trims, and more
- Build genuine relationships with pets and their owners
- Maintain a safe, calm, and comfortable environment for every animal in your care
- Work collaboratively with a supportive grooming team
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of professional grooming experience
- Strong scissoring and handling skills
- Patience, passion, and real love for animals
- Great with clients — you know how to communicate and build trust
