Summary Description
Earthbar is responsible for preparing smoothies and other drinks based on specifically designed healthy recipes. This position is required to efficiently operate a point of sale (POS) system, clean in and around the Earthbar area, restock products and sell merchandise. The Earthbar should have a personal interest in health, fitness and/or wellness to have the ability to properly educate our members and represent the Earthbar brand.

Duties / Responsibilities
• Ensures all recipes, drink preparations are served within Woodside’s specifications and commitment to quality
• Prepares quality drinks and smoothies that are consistent to standards for members, guests and staff
• Assists members with food orders from the Woodside Kitchen; includes memorizing all menu items, ingredients, preparations, order options, possible allergens, etc.
• Provides superior customer service and attention to detail; incorporating the correct recipes and adjusting for members with special requests
• Follows and maintains all health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
• Continually monitors and complies with all sanitation and safety regulations. This includes proper disposal of food waste and ensuring that the Earthbar equipment is clean and kept in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following Woodside’s preventative maintenance measures
• Follows up on customer orders with the Kitchen to ensure timely delivery of food and related items
• Communicates with F D management to determine inventory needs and/or equipment maintenance
• May at times be asked to support special events within Club
• Maintains clean, organized and visually appealing areas in and around all food drink outlets
• Moves throughout the shift with purpose
• Attends to all members and/or guests
• Complies with Club’s employee

Job Standards

Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge is qualifying. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to: Education/

Experience:

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is required
