Specific Responsibilities
Reports directly to all Food and Beverage Managers, and, ultimately to the General Manager.

Specific Responsibilities
- Provides a seamless experience for all guests with expertise and a great attitude in banquet operations and a la carte dining while maintaining specific side work.
- Ensures the total cleanliness and smooth operation of the club.
- Setup, breakdown, cleanliness, and replenishment of event spaces and dining rooms.
- Understands the importance of name recognition and warmly greets each member with a smile and direct eye contact.
- Responds to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Performs opening and closing duties, as needed.
- Helps fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships.
- Efficient verbal communication skills.
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Experience in Country Club environment preferred but not required.
- Prior restaurant experience or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexibility when working alternating shifts
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
