Co.) across all maintenance, installation, and irrigation operations while supporting community development goals for both legacy and new neighborhoods.
Primary Focus – CAM Landscape Company
- Lead and supervise landscape installation and maintenance teams, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management
- Oversee all landscape and irrigation projects from scope development through completion, ensuring quality standards, timelines, and budget adherence
- Possess deep expertise in irrigation system design, installation, maintenance/repair, and as-built documentation
- Manage daily scheduling and logistics, optimizing crew deployment and resource allocation
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Resolve field issues proactively and adapt plans to weather and unforeseen conditions
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and residents, responding to concerns promptly and professionally
- Develop and manage the operational budget; monitor P&L and cost-to-budget performance
- Assist with client invoicing and financial reporting
- Secure bids and estimates for job lists and projects as required
- Maintain clear communication channels and documentation with team members, clients, and leadership
- Manage annual maintenance programs for common areas, rights-of-way, and vacant lots within budget
- Assist in HOA communication, capital project planning, and agronomic program development for new communities
- Proven experience in landscape installation, maintenance, and irrigation systems
- Strong leadership and team management ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-focused with exceptional client service skills
- Proficiency in project management and budget oversight
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer use
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Prior experience in a similar operations or supervisory role preferred
- Work in a mental and physically challenging environment in various weather conditions. This can include heavy to moderate noise, extreme proximity to moving equipment or machinery, proximity to electrical energy.
- Operate machines for extended periods of time while sitting or standing.
- Walk, stand, crouch, kneel, bend, squat, grasp, and perform repetitive movements for prolonged periods of time and will use hands/fingers and legs to operate, activate, use, prepare, inspect, place, detect and position materials.
- Safely lift and move materials weighing 50 lbs. up to 100 lbs.
- Safely drive to various locations throughout the City and County to fulfill assigned duties.
- Ability to work under pressure, adaptable to changing priorities.
- Ability to work overtime and weekends.
