As the Floor Maintenance Tech your primary focus will be on floor care and floor maintenance. This role will also support general light maintenance tasks to help ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment. Full-time, night shift, with rotating weekends/holidays.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma/GED or relevant experience preferred but not required.
- Previous experience with floor care strongly preferred.
- Valid Indiana Driver’s License required.
- Good communication skills and pleasant phone technique as required.
- Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work in a multi-task environment where interruptions may be frequent.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
- Clean, strip, re-coat, and buff floors.
- Carpet Cleaning
- General light maintenance tasks as assigned.
- Assist in maintenance of hospital grounds.
- Assist in snow and ice removal as needed.
- Perform routine security functions.
- Perform functions as requested to maintain interior and exterior appearance of the hospital’s buildings, grounds, and clinics.
- Paint and perform carpentry work as needed.
- Assist Service Technicians as requested.
- Be able to respond to emergency calls as required.
Position: Full-time; Nights; 8 hour shifts
