Entry Level Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary point of contact for business clients, delivering professional support and guidance on AT&T products and services.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant AT&T solutions to existing business accounts.
- Efficiently address and resolve customer inquiries, service issues, and technical concerns to maintain high client satisfaction.
- Educate clients on new offerings, service upgrades, and features, clearly communicating their value and benefits.
- Build and sustain lasting business relationships by understanding client goals and providing tailored solutions.
