Entry Level Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
- Implement advanced negotiation and relationship-building tactics to directly engage with consumers, optimizing sales outcomes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, representing prestigious brands and products with distinctive marketing strategies that distinguish our approach.
- Provide consumers with comprehensive information about our clients' products and services, offering effective solutions for both current and anticipated service-related challenges.
- Work in partnership with client representatives, sales representatives, and compliance teams to drive sales success
- Attend daily marketing and sales strategy meetings for our partners alongside other Entry Level Assistant Manager team members to assist in raising client awareness throughout the local market
Required experience and qualities for the Entry Level Assistant Manager Role:
- At least 1 year of entry-level experience in a consumer-oriented role such as sales, customer service, or marketing is preferred
- Self-starting attitude and work ethic are sought after over natural aptitude
- Exceptional Interpersonal skills to interact with diverse clients and consumers
