Account Manager Trainee Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sales representatives in AT&T B2B wireless sales, internet, and device solutions.
- Coach and mentor team members to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to secure new business.
- Monitor sales metrics and ensure team adherence to KPIs.
- Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding new team members.
- Strategically plan sales campaigns and initiatives.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to promote long-term business growth.
- Stay informed on industry trends to provide innovative solutions and leadership.
