Day-to-Day Responsibilities of the Client Account Support Associate:
- Proactively reach out to account owners and key decision-makers to introduce and discuss AT&T’s suite of business solutions.
- Design and execute targeted outreach plans to uncover client goals and match them with tailored service options.
- Present personalized proposals that clearly communicate value, return on investment, and competitive strengths.
- Grow and maintain a portfolio of business accounts, offering dedicated support throughout onboarding and beyond.
- Partner closely with internal teams and AT&T representatives to deliver exceptional service and ensure client success.
- Create tailored proposals that highlight measurable business value and cost efficiency.
- Serve as a trusted resource for your clients long after the sale is complete.
Client Account Support Associate Requirements:
- Confidence in speaking with decision-makers at all levels.
- A self-driven mindset with the ability to set and achieve personal sales targets.
- Strong listening, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Reliable transportation for on-site client visits in the Los Angeles area.

Compensation & Job Details:
- Position Type: Full-Time, Monday-Friday (Approx. 40-50 hrs/week)
- Earnings: Commission-Based**On average, associates earn between $52,000-$60,000/year.
- Job Locations: Main office location and local business locations in Woodland Hills and Los Angeles County as assigned
- Clients & Products: Promote AT&T’s wireless phone, internet, and telecommunication services to local businesses.
- This is a full-time, territory-based business to business sales position, ideal for individuals eager to grow their sales career with AT&T’s industry-leading products while making a direct impact in the LA community.
