Entry Level Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Coordinate administrative support for senior managers by managing schedules, documentation, and project workflows tied to AT&T’s cell phone services.
- Assist campaign execution by collaborating across departments to deliver marketing initiatives and customer programs for AT&T plans.
- Monitor project progress by tracking timelines, preparing reports, and ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
- Maintain operational compliance through accurate data entry, documentation, and adherence to AT&T’s reporting standards.
- Participate in structured training to strengthen leadership, communication, and organizational skills aligned with telecom operations.
- Support customer engagement strategies by contributing to sales campaigns, analyzing feedback, and helping ensure service quality for AT&T’s cell phone customers.
What We’re Looking For in an Entry Level Account Manager:
