The Outreach Coordinator is expected to work 15 hours a week in-person, attend weekly staff meetings, run Student Leadership meetings, coordinate class schedules, and be a representative of the program. They should be reachable via Teams, email, and phone, be flexible with tasks, and assist the Director of the Center with any tasks needed.
Summary Of Responsibilities
The Outreach Coordinator role focuses on student engagement; coordinating student opportunities and programs; donor interaction and outreach; event planning and management as Director of the Ambassadors; and supporting social media content creation and graphic design in collaboration with the Administrative Assistant, as well as tabling and developing long-form content.

- Must be a current UVU student
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of social media and design software such as Figma or Canva
