Summary Of Responsibilities
- Initiates, develops, and schedules new programs, in a large variety of subjects, based on market research and feasibility to meet the needs and interests of the community and create profitable programs. Explores advantageous community partnerships and collaborations to improve and expand programs.
- Develops program budgets, fee schedules, instructor wages, and reconciles budgets to ensure profit/loss margins, and prepares necessary financial and enrollment reports. Utilizing registration and course learning management systems ensures digital materials, marketing descriptions, and all necessary information are captured to ensure successful advertisement and execution of programs.
- Seeks, vets, and hires qualified instructors and staff. Manages onboarding, updates, schedule changes, and other information to instructors and staff as needed. Ensures instructors and staff remain in compliance with university risk and safety trainings.
- Communicates and collaborates with the Operations team to make sure programs run smoothly, including but not limited to: customer/student communication, program information, logistics and updates, facilitation needs, supply lists, instructor information, and updates.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
