Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm | 1 Saturday per month | On-call rotation

The Inside Sales Representative role at Woodard is oftentimes one of the first voices our customers hear. In this role, you'll guide customers from that first call through getting work scheduled. You'll handle a steady flow of inbound calls while also reaching out to generate new business. It's a fast-moving environment where every conversation matters. Some calls are quick, others take more time, but the goal is always the same: understand what the customer needs, move things forward, and follow through.
What You'll Do:
- Turn inbound inquiries into booked jobs
- Reach out to generate new opportunities
- Identify upsell and recurring service opportunities
- Schedule work in a way that makes sense for both the customer and the team
- Keep clean, accurate notes so that nothing gets missed
You'll Succeed if You:
- Enjoy being on the phone and are comfortable leading conversations
- Like to win - but not at the expense of the customer experience
- Stay organized and follow up without being reminded
- Can move quickly without losing attention to detail
- Stay steady and focused when things get busy
What You'll Need:
- 2 years of retail, direct sales, or customer-facing sales experience
- Confidence on the phone and the ability to guide a conversation toward a clear next step
- Strong follow-through and attention to detail
