Rug Cleaning Technician
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:30am - 4:00pm plus on call and occasionally additional Saturday opportunities
If you're detail-oriented and like seeing a clear before-and-after result, this is your lane. You'll work with a team to clean and care for rugs using specialized equipment and techniques.
You'll Succeed If You:
- Pay attention to the small details that others miss
- Enjoy hands-on tasks and staying active
- Like learning specialized skills over time
What You'll Do:
- Identify different rug types and apply the right methods
- Clean rugs using professional equipment and processes
- Handle, move, and store rugs with care
- Assist with pickups, deliveries, and workroom tasks
Every rug is different - and we'll teach you how to handle them all.
Operations Support Technician
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:30am - 4:30pm plus on-call
If you like staying busy, being on the move, and jumping in wherever needed, this role keeps everything running behind the scenes. You're the person making sure crews have what they need to succeed.
You'll Succeed If You:
- Stay organized and manage your time well
- Adapt quickly when plans change
- Work independently and keep things moving
What You'll Do:
- Drive company vehicles to deliver and pick up equipment
- Set up and collect equipment from job sites
- Support crews and logistics during busy times
- Keep vehicles, tools, and work areas organized
When this job is done well, everything else runs smoother. If you like staying on the move and helping wherever needed, you'll fit right in.
Emergency Services Restoration Technician
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:30am - 4:30pm plus on-call
This isn't your typical cleaning job. You'll be part of the team that responds when something goes wrong - helping homes and businesses recover after water, fire, or mold damage.
For this role, you'll be placed on one of our Emergency Services teams, with current openings primarily supporting our mold remediation team.
You'll Succeed If You:
- Take safety seriously and follow processes without cutting corners
- Stay focused and work carefully, even when the job isn't glamorous
- Are comfortable working in protective gear and contained spaces
What You'll Do:
- Set up containment areas and equipment to control affected spaces
- Remove and clean damaged materials safely
- Use specialized equipment for drying, filtration, or remediation
- Support your assigned team in completing jobs thoroughly and correctly
We'll train you - but this role is best for someone who's ready to learn, work hard, and take the job seriously.

Salary : $18 - $23
