WonderWay ABA is seeking compassionate and motivated Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with BCBA/LBAs to implement individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) across home, school, clinic, and community settings.

In this role, you will work closely with BCBA/LBAs to implement individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) across home, school, clinic, and community settings.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement individualized behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs developed by BCBA/LBAs
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, clinic, school, and community environments
- Collect, record, and monitor accurate client data to track progress and treatment effectiveness
- Assist BCBA/LBAs with parent and caregiver training on treatment plan implementation
- Maintain clear, professional communication with families, supervisors, and team members
- Respond promptly and professionally to client and family needs
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervising BCBA/LBA
- RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification within 90 days of employment
- Reliable transportation to travel to client locations
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred)
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
