Blueview Recovery is a purpose-driven outpatient treatment center offering PHP, IOP, and OP programs for individuals recovering from substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges. Our mission is to provide compassionate, evidence-based care in a supportive and healing environment.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and reliable Per Diem Group Facilitator to lead therapy and educational groups for clients in recovery. This is an as-needed role, ideal for someone with experience in behavioral health who is looking for flexible opportunities to make a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate group therapy sessions focused on recovery, mental health, coping skills, and relapse prevention
• Engage participants in discussions and activities that support treatment goals
• Create a safe, respectful, and supportive group environment
• Complete group notes and documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure consistency in care and treatment planning
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Experience facilitating group therapy or psychoeducational groups preferred
• Knowledge of substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to maintain professionalism and boundaries while creating an empathetic group atmosphere
