As part of our expanding clinical team, we are seeking a Psychiatrist to serve as a collaborating physician for our Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and to provide periodic clinical oversight and consultation.
Position Overview:
This is a part-time consulting role — approximately 1–3 hours per month — ideal for a board-certified psychiatrist looking to provide meaningful support to a growing behavioral health program without a significant time commitment. The role includes clinical collaboration, documentation review, and supporting our compliance with state and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the collaborating physician for our PMHNP, fulfilling Pennsylvania state requirements
- Participate in periodic chart reviews and provide clinical oversight as needed
- Offer clinical consultation, chart review, and support for complex psychiatric cases
- Maintain brief documentation related to supervision and collaboration
- Ensure standards of care are aligned with evidence-based practices and state regulatory guidelines
- Licensed to practice medicine in the state of Pennsylvania
- Completed at least 3 years of residency in psychiatry
- Board Certification in Adult Psychiatry
- Full DEA licensure for prescribing Schedules II–V
- ASAM certification preferred but not required
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
- Extremely flexible, low-hour commitment
