Key Responsibilities:
- Lead structured, process-oriented virtual group and individual therapy sessions.
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to virtual care.
- Monitor client progress, maintain thorough documentation, and participate in virtual treatment team meetings.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, professional licensing, and telehealth regulations.
- Stay current with best practices and ongoing professional development in addiction treatment and telehealth.
- Licensed therapist or counselor in Pennsylvania.
- Proven experience facilitating virtual IOP group therapy sessions.
- Strong group counseling skills, especially in a virtual format.
- Excellent clinical documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to engage, motivate, and support clients remotely throughout their recovery journey.
