- Provide day-to-day oversight of the home, ensuring a safe, supportive, and respectful living environment.
- Enforce house rules and policies with consistency and fairness.
- Support residents in their recovery journey by modeling accountability and responsibility.
- Conduct regular check-ins, house meetings, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Assist with coordinating resident schedules, appointments, and curfews.
- Manage basic household tasks such as supplies, cleanliness, and organization.
- Assist with resident transportation to meetings, appointments, and other approved activities.
- Minimum of 2 years of continuous sobriety required.
- Prior experience in a recovery, sober living, or related setting preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Must be organized, dependable, and able to maintain healthy boundaries with residents.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Full-time, live-in position (housing provided within the sober living home).
- Flexibility to maintain an outside job during the day.
- Compensation includes free rent plus a modest base salary (discussed during interview) to recognize your role and responsibilities.
